This year’s theme, "The Kitchen of the Future: Speed & Ventless Cooking", showcased how technology is reshaping professional kitchens — from how food is prepared to where it can be served.
The event brought together culinary students, educators, and professionals to explore high-speed, space-efficient kitchen solutions, in collaboration with Merrychef and Webilt.
