Mastrada Group proudly supported the Professional Butchery Workshop 2025 by the Butchery Training Centre (BTC), held on Monday, 8 September 2025 at our Cideng showroom in Central Jakarta. With the theme “Meat at The Core: Craft & Community,” this exclusive event brought together expert butchers, chefs, and culinary professionals to celebrate the art of butchery and cooking innovation.
By providing a world-class venue and premium kitchen equipment—especially the Mibrasa charcoal oven and Convotherm combi oven—Mastrada helped create the perfect stage for live demonstrations, hands-on learning, and professional networking.
