Mastrada Group Brings Cook & Chill Concept Life at FHI 2023

At the 17th edition of Food & Hotel Indonesia (FHI) 2023, held from July 25–28 at Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO), Mastrada Group made a significant impact by showcasing innovative culinary technologies and hosting engaging live demonstrations.

Theme: "Cook & Chill" Concept.

Mastrada introduced the "Cook & Chill" concept, emphasizing efficient food preparation and preservation techniques. This approach is designed to enhance kitchen productivity and ensure food safety, aligning with modern culinary demands

The "Meet the Chef" series featured renowned chefs who demonstrated various cooking techniques using Mastrada's equipment: 

  • Chef Vivi (Pit Master): Showcased smoker techniques, bringing flavors from Bali to the exhibition.

  • Chef Don Chino: Presented authentic fish cuisine with a technological twist.

  • Chef Theodore Darrel: Demonstrated culinary skills as a young and talented chef.

  • Chef Rafael Basanto: Conducted a giant squid cooking show.

  • Chef Alex: Shared insights as one of Indonesia's legendary chefs.

These sessions provided attendees with firsthand experience of advanced cooking techniques and the capabilities of Mastrada's equipment.
