Recognizing this, Mastrada Group successfully hosted an exclusive workshop titled "Understanding the Vacuum Technology," in collaboration with the renowned Italian vacuum technology brand, Orved.

Held at the Mastrada Jakarta Showroom on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the event was divided into two intensive sessions to accommodate the high enthusiasm of Jakarta's culinary entrepreneurs and professional chefs.

Featuring Experts from Italy The workshop was a unique opportunity for attendees to learn directly from two masters of the Orved team:

  • Massimo Faccincani (Chef Orved)

  • Mauro Bellodi (Chef Orved)

  • Hosted by Resdi Sutrisno from Mastrada.

Beyond Just Packaging During the sessions, participants were shown that vacuum technology is about much more than just sealing food in plastic. Chef Massimo and Chef Mauro demonstrated how Orved machines maintain the organoleptic properties of food, significantly extend shelf life without preservatives, and enable high-precision sous-vide techniques.
