About  MASTERCLASS

The Mastrada Group Masterclass began in 2018 as a sharing information session created by Mastrada Group. The goal was to help people working in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industry, such as chefs, restaurant owners, hotel staff, and kitchen teams, understand the innovation of kitchen equipment. Like how to use system in the kitchen and how to create efficient kitchen workflows. The sessions were hands-on and practical, giving participants real life skills they could apply in their daily operations.

But as the F&B industry evolved, the needs of businesses also changed. People wanted to learn more than just system in the kitchen but also wanted to understand how to build better kitchens, save energy, keep kitchens clean and pest-free, and use digital tools to grow their businesses. 

To meet these growing demands, Mastrada Group transformed the Masterclass into a large scale collaborative event, bringing in expert partners from various fields who specialize in key aspects of modern foodservice operations.That’s why Mastrada Group expanded the Masterclass into something bigger and more impactful. We called it Masterclass Collaboration (MCC). The Masterclass became a platform not just for training, but for shared learning, industry connection, and practical problem-solving.
