JAKARTA – On Monday, April 27, 2026, the Mastrada Group Showroom became a hub of innovation as we hosted the latest installment of the "Mastrada Goes to Campus" series. This edition featured a special collaboration with Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM), focusing on the theme of "Modern Kitchen Technology."
The session was led by our very own Chef Resdi Sutrisno (Chef Application) and hosted by Lieke Sutami, providing students with a rare, hands-on look at the cutting-edge equipment currently shaping the global culinary industry.
Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry The culinary world is evolving rapidly, and staying ahead requires more than just traditional skills—it requires a deep understanding of technology. During the five-hour intensive session, UBM students explored:
