Building Bonds!. MCFC #11 Goes to Sea Mount Reef Fishing Trip 2025
Over the weekend of May 9–11, 2025, MCFC back to fishing trip #11 for refreshing getaway. The destination was SMR, Gosong Pasir (Krakatau). This three day fishing trip provided a much-needed break from daily work, giving everyone a chance to relax, have fun, and connect in a beautiful natural setting.
Catching Up and Deepening Connections
Beyond the fishing itself, the trip became an opportunity to strengthen business relationships and personal friendships. As Director Stephen Ananda put it, “The fishing trip is not just about catching fish, it’s about catching up with those who matter to our business. It’s a time to listen, share, and deepen the connections that help us grow together.” True to his words, there were many meaningful conversations taking place between casting lines. By the end of the weekend, relationships were not only maintained but truly deepened, as people headed home feeling more connected than ever.
A Team United Outside
The trip was led by Stephen Ananda and Hermanto Tan. Attendees included Andy Kattler, Mulyadi, Hema Sitorus, Audrey, Mark Hadiardja, Theo Widjaja, Kevin Misago, Theodore Darrel, Bryan Ferrysienanda, Ronny Tandanu, Guenter Uhl, Tius Martadinata, Lieke Sutami, Raynald, Teddy Fernando, Siswanto Tan, Ren Tan, and Yohan Skipjack. New friendships were formed and existing ones grew stronger. This sense of unity and warmth among the attendees was one of the trip’s greatest catches.
