Frymaster’s Shortening Disposal Units provide a safe, efficient solution for transporting waste oil from the kitchen to the disposal container. Available in 50- and 100-lb (25- and 50-liter) capacities, these units are designed for stability and ease of use.
A low center of gravity ensures smooth, spill-free transport, while the heavy-duty manual pump—positioned at a convenient height—makes operation simple. The one-way check valve allows quick priming, and the tight-fitting cover with secure latch keeps oil contained during movement.
No stooping, bending, or lifting is required, and for safety, oil should be cooled to 120°F (49°C) or below before disposal.
