Milk system

You can choose one of the following integrated milk system options:

Essential Foam

Milk system for hot milk and hot milk foam

No milk system

If you want to use the WMF Peak 50 only for black coffee or you want to use milk powder (in combination with the powder hopper).

Steam system

The WMF Peak 50 is not equipped with a separate steam wand for manual milk frothing.

Milk system cleaning

The WMF Peak 50 is equipped with a combination of the following cleaning systems:

WMF Click+Clean

This system uses hot water and steam for daily cleaning of the milk system by simply plugging the WMF Click+Clean adapter into the machine’s hot water spout. This works without chemical tablet.

Clean in Place

In addition, the milk system is cleaned automatically without dismantling any parts of the machine – only once per week (7 days or 250 cycles).
