Performance & Operation

  • Temperature Range: Operates between 250°F and 600°F (121°C to 315°C).

  • Conveyor Speed: Adjustable cook times ranging from 1 minute to 30 minutes, managed via a front-mounted digital microprocessor control panel.

  • Front Access Door: Features a folding glass access door on the front. This allows staff to load shorter-cook items halfway through the bake cycle or easily check on food without stopping the conveyor belt.

  • FastBake™ Technology: Most 1400 series models can be equipped with FastBake, a patented airflow system designed to cut bake times by up to 30% without degrading food quality or increasing kitchen noise.

Electrical & Gas Requirements

As industrial-capacity units, the 1400 series requires significant power and is available in both fully electric and gas-heated configurations.

  • Gas Models (Natural Gas or LP): The most popular choice for this series due to the efficiency of heating a large chamber. Heating output reaches approximately 120,000 BTU/hr per deck. Gas models still require a standard electrical connection (120V for North America, or 220V/50Hz internationally) to power the conveyor motor and digital controls.

  • Electric Models: Draw substantial heating power (typically around 27.0 kW). Electric models for international markets are generally configured for 3-Phase power at 380V-400V / 50Hz.

  • Ventilation: Given the massive heat output and production volume, these units must be placed under a commercial Type 1 exhaust hood for proper airflow and heat extraction in accordance with safety codes.
