Belt Dimensions: 18 inches (457 mm) wide and 56 inches (1422 mm) long. The wider belt provides roughly the capacity of one to two full-size conventional deck ovens.
Footprint: 56" W x 39" D x 42" H (1422 mm x 991 mm x 1067 mm) for a single deck.
Stackability: Engineered to be stacked up to three high. This allows an operation to triple its production volume within the exact same 39-inch deep footprint.
Access: Features a front-loading glass access window, making it easy to monitor bakes or insert rapidly cooking items halfway through the cycle.

Temperature Range: 250°F to 575°F (121°C to 302°C).
Conveyor Speed: Adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes, with a reversible AC-motor driven belt.
Controls: Modern 1100 series units feature easyTouch™ controls with a 4.3" full-color screen mounted on the front. This allows for up to 8 pre-programmed recipes to lock in consistent bake times and temperatures across different staff shifts.
FastBake™ Technology: An optional upgrade that alters the airflow dynamics to reduce cook times by an additional 15–30% without increasing noise or sacrificing food quality.
Electrical & Gas Requirements
The 1100 Series is highly adaptable, offering both gas and electric heating systems.
Electric Models: Generally draw 10.0 kW. Standard North American setups use 208V or 240V, 60Hz (available in 1-phase or 3-phase). Importantly for global operations, international variants are explicitly configured for 220V/50Hz markets, ensuring native compatibility without external transformers.
Gas Models (Natural or LP): Heating output is typically around 40,000 to 45,000 BTU/hr per deck. Gas models still require a standard 120V (or international 220V) electrical connection simply to power the conveyor motor and digital controls.
Ventless Options: Select electric models carry KNLZ certification, allowing for operation without a Type 1 exhaust hood (subject to local fire and safety codes).
