With a substantial capacity of 30 liters or less, the Heinzelmann CHEF-S is ideal for sous-vide cooking of various dishes and ingredients. Flavor, texture, and nutrients are preserved when using the sous-vide cooking technique. This method is also very quiet, as the sous-vide appliance operates almost silently.
The Heinzelmann CHEF-S prepares food with less fat and salt; the ingredients don't burn or fall apart because the water is heated to a maximum of 99°C. Furthermore, the cooking result is not too dry, as vacuum-packed dishes are cooked at a constant temperature.
