Refrigeration
SALVA's Ultra Arctic rack deep-freezer is used to quickly lower the temperature of hot foods so they do not lose their organoleptic properties. The main aim of these chillers is to reduce the temperature of the food to between 65°C and 10°C, in order to minimise the proliferation of bacteria. The chillers allow two types of operation: Chilling: Go from +90°C to +3°C (in a maximum of 90 min.), and Deep-freezing: Go from +90°C to \u201318°C (in a maximum of 240 min.)
80 mm high-density polyurethane insulation. Automatic switch to the conservation stage when the deep-freeze temperature is reached.
Thanks to its rounded design, the internal chamber quickly reaches the temperatures required at all points.
Full compliance with Directive CEE 93\/43(HACCP).
The multi-point temperature sensor can accurately detect food temperature in the different chiller or deep-freeze stages.
The ultra artic by SALVA, is a refrigeration unit that provides two processes; on the one hand the chilling, and on the other the deep-freezing, both in the same machine.
It allows to serve the product at anytime with the same properties as the freshly made product, providing quality products to the customers.
The chamber has a round sealed inner design allowing the air-flow to reach the required temperatures at all points of the chamber.
Provided by the high quality cooling unit components, which offer a maximum functionality to the machine even during intensive working conditions.
It is fitted with 4 temperature sensors. They provide the maximum precision to the process, allow to detect the consistency of the product and regulate the chilling process dynamically, achieving a effective process, while the original characteristics of the product are preserved.
The inside design of the chamber, both in shape and material (Stainless Steel AISI 304-18 / 10), allows a easy maintenance and complete cleaning of the machine.
Provided by the high-density polyurethane insulation (42 kg/m3 ) and the great thickness which the cooling unit is covered.
