Top: AISI304 stainless steel (12/10 mm gauge). Free-standing structure with top, front panels, sides and control consoles in AISI304 stainless steel; back panels in stainless steel. Top, sides, back, front panels and control consoles with satin scotchbrite finish. Side-by-side top configurations with secure fixing between units. IPX5 protection rating on all units. CE approval of all gas products.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
· Suitable for cooking meat, fish and vegetables for the most discerning palates thanks to the combination of radiating and
contact cooking. This appliance works with water under the cookin surface in order to absorb cooking smokes and fat
collection, as well as useful to give to food a humidification without excessive weight loss.
· Counter top with expansion hollow in oder for steam condensation collection.
· Two cooking griddles constructed in G15 enamelled cast iron with vitrified black RAF food-grade surface; sloped towards
the front for cooking fat drainage. Griddles are removable for cleaning.
· Uniform temperature distribution.
· Complete with stainless steel splashguards on three sides, removable and washable.
· Heating fo the food griddles by two independent armoured tilting heating elements made of INCOLOY, one for each half
griddle. Two independent cooking surface.
· Thanks to a fast rise and excellent temperature maintenance during cooking, great results with low energy consumption.
· Pressed cooking well, large rounded corners, vertical drain pipe. Well made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 12/10 mm thick.
Useful well dimensions (LxDxH): 630 x 510 x 95 mm, for gastronorm containers. Maximum well capacity: 29 litres (10
litres at overflow). Well filling: through unstable button and solenoid valve. Direct well drain with overflow.
· Equipped with cleaning scraper for the griddle.
