President of the United States (US) Donald Trump warned his citizens to prepare to face the case of death due to the horrendous Corona. In the coming days, the global pandemic mortality rate has jumped by more than 60,000.
As reported by AFP on Sunday (5/4/2020), COVID-19 cases in the United States have exceeded 300,000 cases with 8,300 people died. Trump warned, in the future there will be many more deaths from this virus.
"This will probably be the toughest week. There will be many deaths," Trump said at the White House on Saturday (4/4).
At the same time, Trump said the US could not remain closed forever. Trump does not want the US to be destroyed.
"Mitigation is successful but again, we will not destroy our country. I have said it from the start - the cure cannot be worse than the problem," Trump said.
"At some point some difficult decisions must be made," he continued.
